What personal data this website collects, why, and how it is protected.
⚖️ Draft — this text is a proposed framework awaiting legal review and formal adoption by the society's administration. It describes intended practice, not yet an adopted instrument.
When you use our forms we collect only what the form asks for: your name, email, phone number, and the content of your request (for example an admission inquiry, volunteer application, tour request, or donation intent). We do not collect data in the background, we do not buy data about you, and we do not use advertising trackers.
We use your data for one purpose: to respond to the request you made. An admission inquiry goes to the admissions team; a donation reference is used to match your bank transfer to you; an email address is used to send you the confirmation you asked for. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Care inquiries may include health details about your relative. This information is treated as confidential medical information: it is seen only by staff who need it to assess care needs, and it is never used for any other purpose.
You may ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (unless we are legally required to keep it, for example donation records). Contact us at +962 6 552 9397 or through the contact page.
